Broadband Services
Our broadband connection is governed by flexible cancellation policies, delivered through our licensed
ISP partner:
- Cancellation: Customers may cancel their broadband subscription at any time by
contacting our local support office.
- Prorata Refunds: Refunds for unused service will be calculated on a monthly prorata
basis from the date of the formal cancellation request.
- Equipment Return Mandatory: The modem/router equipment remains the property of the
company unless specifically purchased. It MUST be returned to us in working condition upon
cancellation.
- Deductions: If the equipment is not returned, is substantially damaged, or holds
technical defects caused by the user, the corresponding equipment cost will be actively deducted
from the refund pool or charged to the final invoice.
Digital Cable TV Services
Our digital cable operation operates on a strict pre-paid LCO (Local Cable Operator) model:
- No Refunds Post-Cycle: Once a billing cycle has originated or a package active date
has triggered, there will be no refunds provided for that respective month. No partial adjustments
can be made for mid-month cancellations.
- Manual Reviews: Exceptional cases (e.g. billing errors, prolonged service outages
documented by our technicians) will be reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis at our Suryapet
office.
