TECHNICSPOT CABLE NETWORK operates as a Registered Local Cable Operator (LCO) in Suryapet, Telangana. All Digital TV distributions abide by regional licensing. All broadband internet feeds are delivered strictly in conjunction and association with a licensed ISP partner.
Service deployment is strictly subject to the technical feasibility of our local wiring architecture. TECHNICSPOT reserves the right to deny service if routing fiber/co-ax infrastructure is deemed unfeasible to a specific geography or household.
Broadband plans marked as "Unlimited" are still governed by a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) mandated by our ISP partners. Once the specific FUP Data chunk is exhausted during a specific billing cycle, bandwidth speeds will be throttled securely for the remaining timeline.
The Optical Network Terminals (ONT), Routers, Modems, and Digital Set-Top Boxes (STB) furnished to a premise ultimately remain the property of TECHNICSPOT unless specifically purchased outright by the consumer. They must be safely maintained and returned upon eventual cancellation.
Pre-paid cycles constitute all active connections. Post-paid options are not maintained. Failure to adhere to subscription renewal payments will result in a hard temporary suspension of broadband or digital feeds from our master server.
Accounts and digital feeds are assigned strictly for personal residential (or specific commercial plan) usage. Illegal distribution of cable networks, unpermitted sub-routing of internet connections to neighboring houses, or performing unlawful activities through our IP feeds will result in immediate termination without refund, alongside legal escalations.
